This knit T-shirt pursues the ideal single-layer garment for summer, using a plating technique that employs different yarns on the front and back.
The surface uses a blend of linen and bamboo cotton yarn, providing a cool feel and a three-dimensional firmness, maintaining a beautiful silhouette that doesn't cling too tightly to the body. The back, which touches the skin, uses cotton yarn, resulting in a gentle feel that suppresses the typical itchiness of knits, and achieving excellent water absorption.
Despite being a knit, it is designed to resist sagging even after repeated washing, and can be hand-washed at home. The rich texture and elegant feel that cannot be achieved with cut-and-sew garments elevate simple summer outfits.

The yarn is twisted in Aichi Prefecture, and dyed and knitted in Gosen City, Niigata Prefecture. CONFECT is focusing on bamboo fiber for the first time to produce knit yarn.
Bamboo fiber itself is a natural material that has been used in many products in Japan since ancient times. From everyday items such as baskets, sieves, and mats made by finely splitting bamboo lengthwise and weaving them, to weapons, its potential as a fiber for clothing began to be explored from the late 19th to the 20th century. In modern times, interest in bamboo as a sustainable material has increased even further, and materials that blend bamboo and cotton are relatively new fibers. Bamboo fiber has countless grooves on its surface, allowing it to quickly absorb and release moisture, and possesses high antibacterial and deodorizing properties, making it a very suitable natural material for summer.
