Notice: Relief measures for temporary suspension of shipments to Canada due to strike
Thank you for using the nest Robe / CONFECT International Online Shop.
The labor union of Canada Post had been engaged in partial strike actions, such as refusal of overtime work, since May 23 (local time). However, in protest against the postal service rationalization plan announced by the Government of Canada on September 25 (local time), the union immediately expanded its actions into a full-scale strike, according to information received from Canada Post.
As a result, the dispatch of international mail from Japan to Canada has been suspended until the strike issue is resolved.
For this reason, we have temporarily suspended shipping to Canada since Friday, October 3rd, but we are now pleased to inform you that we have taken these measures to provide relief.
Our shop temporarily suspended shipments to the Canada as of Friday, October 3. However, we have now partnered with an order-placement agency that enables delivery within the Canada when orders are placed through online shops in Japan. We are therefore introducing this relief measure, which allows us to resume deliveries within the Canada.

Please note that this is only a temporary relief measure. Because it operates on a separate system, you will not be able to log in as a member as you would on the International Online Shop, and services such as the Loyalty Program will not be available.
In addition, deliveries will be made not by EMS but by other carriers, such as FedEx.
As orders are placed through the order-placement agency, the total amount you pay may differ from the amount shown on the International Online Shop. We appreciate your understanding.
