An oversized quilted jacket with an attached collar featuring an unprocessed fabric lining, giving the appearance of an added layer for a more authentic outwear look. The collar can also be worn up, providing a snug fit for enhanced warmth. The main body is woven from extremely fine cotton warp yarn and fine cotton ramie blend weft yarn with high thread count. This fabric has undergone a finishing process of Omi-zarashi in Shiga Prefecture, which is a traditional non-chemical bleaching method used for over 300 years in Japan to make the fabric softer and dry to the touch with slightly crumpled texture.
The padding used is made of eco-friendly recycled polyester and features durable stitch quilted construction which adds additional warmth for varying weathers or chilly days. The quilt pattern uses a large onion quilt design with a one-sided processing technique. The backside or the lining features the same cotton ramie high-thread count fabric used for the main body, creating a design that combines quilted and non-quilted sections using the same material.
