This shirt dress is made from single-ply No. 44 linen yarn used for both the warp and weft. The linen is sourced from the Normandy region of France and is dyed and woven in the Bishu textile region of Japan. The gauze fabric is woven slowly and finished with a tumbler process, resulting in a soft, airy texture that highlights the natural qualities of linen. The dress features an original large-scale check pattern that stands out against the lightweight, breathable gauze material. With a relaxed silhouette and dropped shoulders, it offers a comfortable, laid-back fit while maintaining a light and breezy feel. The front opens fully, allowing the piece to be worn either as a shirt dress or layered as a lightweight outer layer.
