Notice: Temporary Suspension of Shipments to the United States

Thank you for using the nest Robe / CONFECT International Online Shop.

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order entitled “Suspension of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries” concerning inbound postal items.
According to this order, postal shipments containing goods imported for personal use (taxable items) will no longer be eligible for duty-free treatment and will be subject to customs duties as of August 29, 2025.

On August 15, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released new guidelines on the abolition of de minimis treatment. These guidelines stipulate that carriers and related postal operators are responsible for procedures such as submitting customs declarations and paying customs bonds to CBP. However, the procedures that carriers and postal operators are required to implement remain unclear, making actual operations extremely difficult.

For this reason, we will temporarily suspend shipments to the United States starting Wednesday, August 27.

We will inform you once the U.S. government provides further clarification and shipments can resume. Should this situation continue for an extended period, nest Robe / CONFECT International Online Shop will explore alternative shipping methods.
