This dungaree fabric, incorporating the new material UpcycleLino, was developed in collaboration with a denim fabric manufacturer based in Okayama. The fabric is woven with indigo-dyed yarns for the warp and UpcycleLino for the weft, resulting in a casual yet elegant texture with a natural sheen. As the fabric is worn and washed over time, it develops a unique character—showcasing both the softening of the material and the natural fading of the indigo dye. This collection features a coordinated vest and skirt set made from UpcycleLino dungaree that has undergone a garment-wash process to enhance its casual look and feel. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, making it an ideal choice for staying cool during hot summer months. The skirt is designed with a balloon silhouette, created by adding waist tucks for roominess around the hips and tapering toward the hem. Two color options are available: a light blue that evokes a worn-in, vintage look achieved through garment washing, and a basic beige that pairs easily with a variety of outfits. Pairing it with the matching vest from the same series is highly recommended for a cohesive look.
