This is a 100% linen fabric made with French Flax, with an 80/1 linen warp and a 60/1 linen weft. Although this is deadstock fabric, the raw flax used in this fabric was of high quality in the year the yarn was produced, resulting in a fabric with few knots or thick slub yarns.

This fabric has only undergone the standard processing of singeing and desizing, but the high quality yarn gives it the crispness and texture that is characteristic of linen, making it a beautifully finished deadstock fabric.
