This is a proprietary cut-and-sew fabric that has been available since last year. The outer fabric is knitted at 5.5 gauge and the lining at 22 gauge. The outer side is made with thick, warm, 100% wool yarn in a melange style, while the lining is made with air-spun yarn.

It has a knit-like look and a fluffy texture, and is knitted in Wakayama, with the final finishing touches carried out in Oshu. The final finishing touch is a tumbler process that gives it an even fluffier, softer look. While it requires hand washing, another attractive feature is that it can be laundered at home.
