A pullover shirt inspired by 1950s French sailor shirts. Made from 100% hemp, this smock shirt offers a perfect balance of stiffness and softness. Its oversized design, drop shoulders, and boxy silhouette create a distinctive presence, while the reduced collar size adds a smart finish. Subtle zigzag stitching replaces traditional ribbons in the collar, ensuring a sophisticated, unique CONFECT look. With repeated wear, the fabric evolves, adding character and depth. This unique hemp yarn was developed by KingDom, a Chinese textile company. It's made from specially cultivated hemp plants, processed into soft yarn. The key to this fabric's texture is that the originally stiff hemp yarns are transformed through crimping, bio-processing, and repeated beating, resulting in a soft, resilient fabric. A final elastic resin application enhances its distinctive softness and springiness which is all done in Japan; a feat not easily accomplished elsewhere.
