A pullover shirt inspired by 1950s French sailor shirts. Featuring an oversized design, drop shoulders, and boxy silhouette which create a distinctive presence, while the reduced collar size adds a smart finish. Subtle zigzag stitching replaces traditional ribbons in the collar, ensuring a sophisticated, unique CONFECT look. This fabric is made from medium weight European linen yarns, dyed with indigo dyeing technique to create a striped pattern with varying shades. The weft yarns used in the stripe pattern are also indigo dyed, where the fabric is subjected to an environmentally-friendly ozone bleach finish, resulting in a faded look. The uneven thickness of the linen yarns leads to areas of slubs and neps where color fades more strongly giving the garment a more vintage appearance.
