A 1940s-inspired French hunting jacket, reimagined with a modern CONFECT twist. While maintaining the thickness and volume of its original silhouette, this leather jacket boasts a more relaxed fit and versatile design by forgoing specialized pockets like game and cartridge pockets. The stand collar features a buttonhole for added functionality, while the lining combines linen for the body and smooth cotton satin for the sleeves. Natural nut buttons, reinforced with shell force buttons, complete the look. Crafted from premium lambskin napa leather, this material is carefully selected for its refined texture and softness. Responsibly sourced from sheep less than one year old, the 0.7mm thick leather offers a perfect balance of comfort and strength. These sheep were originally raised for consumption, and their raw leather is now utilized as a valuable secondary resource. While polyester or other synthetic fiber is often used for the lining of leather items because of its strength, CONFECT places a higher priority on natural materials. The body lining is composed of breathable linen, while the sleeves are crafted with smooth cotton satin, ensuring comfortable wear without compromising durability .
