A CONFECT's essential crew neck vest featuring a slightly wider, relaxed fit for easy layering. The design includes shifted shoulder seams, adjusted shoulder angles, and lowered armhole bottoms for easy layering with roomy sweatshirts or parka. A crew neck and simple design maintain versatility, while large nut buttons add a stylish accent. Side seam pockets provide functionality. This denim fabric is produced with our partners from a world-renowned century old denim house in Okayama, Japan. Woven from indigo dyed linen warp yarn and our original UpcycleLino weft yarn, which is made of linen fabric leftover from our garment production. The used of the upcycled yarns creates a unique top gray hue, as the weft yarns are a combination of various colored fabric from our cutting scraps. This results to a deep navy color compared to conventional denim fabrics that use white weft yarns. The fabric has a natural nep texture and a vintage-like appearance is achieved from uneven thickness of the upcycled yarns.
