These black denim trousers are made with a generous amount of thick hemp yarn.

Compared to wide pants made from the same fabric, these trousers are designed with a neat silhouette, and the silhouette is loose from the hips to the knees, so they don't feel too tight. They have a relaxed feel that is characteristic of CONFECT, but the tapered silhouette towards the hem gives them a large impression despite the playful fabric.

The texture of the fabric makes these pants look impressive, but they go very well with CONFECT's standard linen shirts, cotton hemp jersey T-shirts, and cropped sleeve pullovers, and if you are conscious of matching them with other CONFECT products, they will be a very well-balanced item.

16.8oz cotton hemp denim with No.8 cotton warp thread and No.6 hemp weft thread.

This black denim is specially ordered by CONFECT, a "made in JAPAN" brand that was woven and finished in Ibara, Okayama Prefecture.

The hemp thread used for the weft is originally used for materials, and since it is for materials, it has not been bleached and has the original hemp color. By the way, the hemp thread is No.2, so you can feel the thickness of the thread and confirm the firmness of the hemp.

If it is woven according to normal denim standards, it will be stiff as a garment and will have a poor wearing feel, so the number of threads is reduced to make it softer, and although the ounce rating is 16.8oz, which feels quite thick, it is actually a material that feels softer than it looks.
In addition, because the threads are too thick to dry completely during finishing, the process of drying with a heater is carried out more than usual, and this denim takes a lot of time and effort from weaving to processing.

The warp threads are sulfurized black, and the weft threads are the natural yellowish color of hemp, creating a powerful black denim that is rarely seen anywhere else, original to CONFECT.
