This is a smock pullover shirt made of black indigo-processed fabric.
Inspired by vintage clothing, this item is made with the loose fit of a smock in mind, but does not have the tucks or gathers around the neck that are often seen in smocks, creating a clean and cool look around the neck that is typical of men.
The collar is designed to be a neck strap, so you can leave it hanging or tie it to give it some room around the neck. Unlike the fishing jacket made of the same fabric, this product is not super water-repellent, so it is prone to color transfer and will fade quickly when washed, so please be aware of this beforehand.
※Real indigo-dyed fabric is processed to fade easily.
Please note that the color may transfer to innerwear, bags, etc. when worn.
When washing, we recommend hand washing with a neutral detergent and minimal friction, or washing in a washing machine on a gentle cycle (delicates).
If friction occurs locally during washing, discoloration or browning may occur along the wrinkles in the fabric, but the difference in shade will gradually fade and the fabric will blend in after the second and third washes.

MATERIAL:100% linen
A high-density plain weave of 40 count yarn is made from European linen, compressed using a salt shrinking process, then indigo dyed at a processing plant in Fukuyama and coated with India ink.
By subjecting the product to bio-processing, the indigo and ink colors blend together in places due to the bleaching action caused by the power of enzymes, creating a look that is reminiscent of antique French indigo linen and a soft, supple texture, resulting in a material that changes appearance over time with use and washing.
