This raglan-style coat is made from a wool and linen blend woven with soft tweed.
When designing the fabric, we envisioned a coat that exudes a classic atmosphere while maintaining a focus on lightness. Despite its classic appearance, we envisioned a coat that makes full use of the lightweight fabric, resulting in an overcoat with a well-balanced length and width.
By positioning the lapels low relative to the width and length, the coat does not appear bulky, and can be worn lightly without buttoning the front.
Despite the generous use of fabric, this coat is extremely lightweight and traps air well, preventing body heat from escaping and warming the air contained in the fabric, ensuring warmth.

This is a herringbone tweed fabric, using wool for the warp and linen for the weft.
This is an original fabric made in Japan, with everything from weaving to finishing taking place in the Oshu region.
While inspired by British tweed fabrics made from 100% British wool, we have created a more modern fabric that is characteristic of CONFECT.
We wanted the fabric to be light and soft, in contrast to its classic impression, so we selected and used wool, which emphasizes lightness and softness.
The use of linen for the weft gives the fabric a rough overall impression, while also creating a fabric that is more characteristic of the brand. The wool fabric is also washed, and the density of the weave is calculated to allow pilling to occur during washing.
