This is a "MADE IN JAPAN" yarn made from American Apland cotton, spun in Japan and twisted in Aichi Prefecture.
This yarn is made from high-quality Apland cotton and tightly twisted, creating an uneven surface for a dry feel.
Not only does it benefit from the moisture-absorbing properties unique to cotton, but the twist also creates just the right amount of space in the knit, allowing air to escape and preventing stuffiness. The uneven surface also reduces the area that comes into contact with the skin, maintaining a dry feel and preventing clinging, even in hot weather, creating a linen-like texture.
