MATERIAL:77% linen, 16% cotton, 7% hemp
This material is made by twisting together linen yarn made from 100% European linen with a blend of organic cotton from India and hemp from China (spun in Gifu). The yarn is twisted in Aichi Prefecture, and dyed and knitted in Gosen City, Niigata Prefecture, making it a "MADE IN JAPAN" knit.
By twisting two different materials together afterwards, we created a yarn with a unique texture, not a flat heathered pattern, but one with a random mix of cord and heathered textures.
It features the crispness of linen, the firm, non-sagging texture of cotton-hemp, and a vibrant color achieved through the careful yarn blending method.
