A jacket made from a crisp selvedge denim fabric. The selvedge of the fabric is used for the facing of the placket. Flat pockets on both chests give it a clean look.

We created a denim fabric using warp threads that are characterized by their sustainability, as natural neps are created by spinning together parts that would normally be discarded during the yarn production stage. (The weft threads are made from recycled linen.)

The fabric was woven in Okayama Prefecture, and dyed in the Bingo region of Hiroshima Prefecture. Using old-fashioned looms, the fabric was woven slowly at a low speed, resulting in a unique uneven texture and a soft feel.

It offers comfortable wear from the very first wear, and the fabric becomes even softer and more comfortable with continued wear, allowing you to enjoy the changes in texture over time. This fabric is made in Japan.
