DETAILS
A loose fit pants inspired from Gurkha pants, which trace their roots back to the Indian Rebellion of 1857. During this period, Gurkha soldiers, hailing from the mountainous region of Tibet, became mercenary forces and donned long military pants. Our nest Robe original design incorporates a dropped crotch, pleated front, a button and cinch belt details at the sides, and an easy-fit elasticated waistband at the back. Crafted using a plain weave canvas fabric that combines a heavy weight linen warp yarn and our heavyweight sustainable cotton-linen UpcycleLino weft yarn. Our original upcycled yarns are made from cut fabrics from our garment production. The garment has also undergone a washed finish resulting to a vintage-like appearance.
