Notice: Changes to the Low-Value Goods Tariff System in the European Union (Effective July 1, 2026)

Thank you for shopping at the nest Robe / CONFECT International Online Shop.

We would like to inform you that following a recent trade policy change in the European Union (EU), the tariff system applicable to orders shipped to EU member states will be revised as outlined below.

■ Overview of the New System
Starting July 1, 2026, a new tariff system for low-value goods (de minimis) will be applied within the EU as follows
・A new flat-rate customs fee will apply to shipments valued under 150 EUR.
・A fee of 3 EUR (plus VAT) will be charged for each unique HS code (*) contained within a package.
・There will be no changes to customs procedures for shipments valued at 150 EUR or more.

(*) What is an HS Code?
An HS code is a globally standardized identification number assigned to products by "type/category." If different types of items—such as a jacket, a dress, and a T-shirt—are packed together in the same parcel (a single cardboard box), a 3 EUR fee will be incurred for each distinct product category.
