The fabric is smooth and lightweight, perfect for seamless transitions between seasons. This dress features a single-layer, thin gauze fabric crafted from lightweight linen treated with water-soluble fibers to prevent fraying. The yarn used is tightly twisted and finely spun, ensuring the fabric's durability despite its delicate appearance. This gauze is meticulously woven in the Enshu region.
The off-white version undergoes a garment boiling wash process, enhancing its texture and durability, while the black versions are garment dyed in Shiga prefecture. This dyeing process guarantees lasting color vibrancy and quality.
