The yarn used is tightly twisted and finely spun, ensuring the fabric's durability despite its delicate appearance. This gauze is meticulously woven in the Enshu region.
The off-white version undergoes a garment boiling wash process, enhancing its texture and durability, while the black versions are garment dyed in Shiga prefecture. This dyeing process guarantees lasting color vibrancy and quality.
