A loose fit overalls inspired by our popular denim deck salopette, made with a slightly thinner 10 oz cotton denim, making it suitable for year-round wear. The design is based on the US Navy deck pants, which were originally developed as a cold-protective workwear for sailors working in harsh conditions on decks exposed to rain, snow, and frigid winds. Crafted from a 10 oz cotton denim, this fabric is made using a single yarn and is dyed in Okayama Prefecture, a region renowned for its denim production. The rope-dyeing technique applies a 100% indigo dye, creating a rich color and making it easy to process. A slightly reduced yarn count and loose weaving result in a soft, vintage look. The garment has undergone ozone bleaching which provides an eco-friendly and economical process by harnessing oxygen's natural bleaching properties, ensuring a gentle impact on the environment.
