MATERIAL:100% linen
The pink is dyed with cherry blossom petals, and the light green with cherry blossom leaves, making it a cherry blossom dye.
The main fabric is our standard plain weave linen, with a moderate thickness, using 60-count linen for the warp and 40-count linen for the weft.
The 60/40 linen is made from French flax and woven in the Enshu region.
The fabric is processed in Shiga Prefecture, and the final process involves air tumbler processing to give the yarn volume and create a texture that will come out when dyed. This is a fabric we have loved for many years.
