A lightweight sailing parka with a front two-way zip up design, hooded with pull drawstrings, and elasticated cuffs. Featuring a flared silhouette with a curved high-low hem and a portable design of an inner detachable shoulder straps allowing you to carry it like a backpack, handsfree. Crafted using a high-density plain weave fabric from gas-singed twisted cotton yarn using cotton fibres from America. Woven by twisting the high thread count cotton yarns, which is a process also used in dress shirts, with a double twist to improve strength and produce a crisp and less prone piling texture. The yarn itself passed through a flame at high speed to burn off fine fuzz, giving the fabric smoothness and luster. This garment has also undergone super water-repellent treatment, which makes it highly durable and ensures its ability to repel water even after numerous washings. Available in a delicate blue pinstripes on ivory base that appears almost solid, and the brown color is achieved by overdyeing pre-dyed fabric to create rich and vibrant color.
