A CONFECT essential lightweight and comfortable 2-pleats easy fit pants with a deep rise for a voluminous and three-dimensional silhouette around the waist. Tapered towards the hem for a sleek fit, with a length that falls around the ankle. Crafted using a pre-dyed Glen check fabric from medium weight French linen yarns. It features a traditional British check pattern combining small grid patterns centered around a houndstooth check. Kakishibu-zome is a dyeing process that has a long history in Japan. The method is used to dye everyday items as well as ninja garments, enhances fabric longevity and protects against decay. The dye itself is crafted by meticulously crushing unripe green persimmons and allowing the resulting juice to ferment for over a year, resulting in a rich, natural brown hue.
