These deck trousers are inspired by naval pants and feature a full rubber waistband, for easy fitting. The front design have patch pockets on the sides and a single back pocket. Crafted using a medium weight linen warp yarn and Japanese Washi paper weft yarn. By using Washi paper yarn the fabric gains crispness and dry touch while enhancing the fabric's durability that are hard to achieve with just linen, which tends to typically becomes softer with each wash. The Washi paper also gives the fabric a lightness, resulting to a fabric that is not too heavy, perfect for summer. The fabric undergoes pigment and bio-processing, which involves careful color adjustment to overcome compatibility challenges between high-density fabrics and pigment dyes. This results in subdued tones and a subtle fading effect.

*Adjustments have been made to the sizing. Size 3 maintains the usual sizing of our full elasticated easy-fit pants, with a waist width of 39-47.5 cm. Size 4, on the other hand, has been resized to a waist width of 41.5-55 cm, allowing those with larger waists to wear them comfortably. This change results in a different level of waist tightness and fabric drape compared to our previous size 4.
*This product undergoes pigment dyeing to create a vintage feel with color fading. Similar to indigo dyeing in denim, pigment dyeing may result in significant color transfer. Please note that color may transfer to inner clothing or bags during wear.
*For washing, we recommend using a neutral detergent, gentle hand washing with minimal friction, or a single item delicate cycle in a washing machine. Significant color loss may occur during the first wash, potentially causing uneven fading along fabric wrinkles or a brownish tint. However, repeated washing will gradually reduce the contrast and create a softer, worn-in look. Please be aware of these characteristics before purchasing.
