A relaxed fit straight leg corduroy trouser featuring a deep pleat at the front and back patch pockets with angled corners designed with double stitching, giving it a workwear inspired look. The corduroy fabric is made from a blend of 12/1 warp and 16/1 weft yarns. The weaving is done in China, but the final finishing happens domestically. Unlike typical corduroy processing, Japan uses a unique "Doronuki" process after catching. This involves kneading the corduroy in water, dissolving the pile fibers for a softer, cotton-like texture, and a refined wavy appearance. The garment is finished with pigment dye and bio processing to create an unven, vintage-like finish with a strong depth in color.
