These easy wide pants are made with heathered striped fabric.

These pants feature an especially wide design among the easy pants CONFECT has offered to date, and we focused on a wide silhouette to take advantage of the fabric's light weight and texture, which allows it to move freely against the skin.

By adjusting the waist with the drawcord, the pants' body is gathered firmly, creating a firm gap between the pants and the legs, allowing the lightweight fabric to move with your body.

This creates excellent breathability, which, combined with the fabric's properties, further enhances breathability and moisture-wicking properties. These pants are designed to be comfortable and stay cool even in hot weather. Wide pants can often be a concern, but these pants can help alleviate that concern.

The warp threads are made of 1/60-count TOP wool Z-twisted two-ply yarn and 60/1 linen, while the weft threads are made of 1/60-count TOP wool Z-twisted two-ply yarn.

This is a made-in-Japan fabric, with the entire process, from weaving to finishing, taking place in Bishu.
The warp threads are made of Z-twist wool and linen dyed to match the wool TOP color. Refined, the fabric has a soccer-like texture that takes advantage of the difference in shrinkage between the wool and linen materials. The resulting uneven texture reduces the surface area that comes into contact with the skin, resulting in a lightweight, breathable material.

To weave this extremely delicate fabric, Z-twist wool and linen yarn are used, both of which have a tendency to pill due to their natural characteristics. This would have caused the yarn to break easily and would not have been usable as fabric, but we solved this by wrapping a spool around the linen yarn to reduce pilling. The process of processing the linen thread to weave this fabric takes time and requires special skills, so it is an extremely special fabric that is becoming increasingly rare in Japan, with fewer factories able to weave it.
