This shirt is a pigment-dyed version of CONFECT's classic short-sleeved regular collar shirt.
The relaxed fit provides good ventilation and ease of movement, making it comfortable to wear.
This time, a distinctive process has been applied to this classic shirt. The base fabric is a check fabric made of brightly colored pre-dyed pink yarn, which has been pigment-dyed and bio-washed to transform it into a black check with shading.
The matte dye of the pigment is applied to the luster unique to linen, resulting in a powerful texture.
While the color may seem distinctive, it blends well with Japanese skin tones and goes well with colors such as ecru and ink black. As you wear it repeatedly, the pigment on the surface will gradually wear off, and the original pink will slowly become visible.
As you wear it, the fading effect will increase, and it will develop a deeper, more nuanced look, making it a shirt you can cherish and enjoy for years to come.

MATERIAL:100% linen
The fabric is a deadstock plain weave fabric made from pre-dyed linen yarn of the 60-count class, making it a rare material.
By carefully selecting linen yarn with minimal knot irregularities and weaving it, the fabric brings out its inherent beautiful luster and light, breathable texture. The high-quality yarn provides just the right amount of firmness and body, allowing you to fully appreciate the unique feel of linen.
The original fabric was a brightly colored check pattern using pre-dyed bright pink yarn as the base, which was then post-dyed with black pigment and further treated with bio-processing to remove some of the dye. This process mellows the pink color, transforming it into a faded color with depth and shading.
*To allow you to enjoy the fading and vintage look, "pigment dyeing" has been applied.
Due to the nature of the processing, color fading is likely to occur, so please be careful of color transfer to innerwear or bags when wearing.
This fabric allows you to enjoy the changes it undergoes over time, just like indigo dyeing.
