This shirt is a pigment-dyed version of CONFECT's classic summer 7/8 sleeve band collar shirt.
With its voluminous, elbow-length sleeves and relaxed fit, this garment offers excellent breathability, perfect for the height of summer.
This classic shirt has been given a distinctive treatment. The base fabric is a check pattern made from pre-dyed pink yarn with a vibrant color, and then it is dyed with pigment and bio-washed to transform it into a black check pattern with subtle shading.
The unique sheen of linen, combined with the matte dye of pigments, results in a material with a striking texture.
While it may seem like a distinctive color, it blends well with Japanese skin tones and goes well with colors like off-white and ink black. As you wear it repeatedly, the pigment on the surface will wear off, and the original pink color will gradually become visible on the surface.
The more you wear it, the more it fades, developing a deeper, richer look that you can enjoy as it ages.

MATERIAL:100% linen
The fabric is a deadstock plain weave fabric with a pre-dyed check pattern using 60-count linen yarn, making it a highly rare material.
By carefully selecting linen yarns with minimal knots and irregularities and weaving them together, we bring out the material's inherent beautiful luster and a light, breathable texture. The high-quality yarn provides just the right amount of firmness and body, allowing you to fully appreciate the unique feel of linen.
The original fabric featured a brightly colored check pattern using pre-dyed bright pink yarn as the base. This was then post-dyed with black pigment, and further treated with bio-processing to remove some of the dye. This process toned down the pink color, transforming it into a faded color with depth and shading.
*This item has been treated with pigment dyeing to allow you to enjoy the fading and vintage look that results from the color change. Due to the nature of the process, the color is prone to fading, so please be careful to avoid color transfer to underwear, bags, etc. when wearing it.
This fabric allows you to enjoy the changes it undergoes over time, much like indigo dyeing.
