A workwear inspired vintage chore jacket from our sustainable and genderless line of UpcycleLino BASIC made of our super lightweight 4oz. dungaree UpcycleLino fabric from world-renowned denim manufacturing region of Okayama, Japan.
Woven from unbleached cotton warp yarns and UpcycleLino weft yarns for ecru color and indigo dyed cotton warp yarns and UpcycleLino weft yarns for Indigo color. This jacket has vintage-like appearance from using uneven thickness upcycled yarns for weaving.
・Soft, and dry touch.
・Relaxed fit.
・Lightweight dungaree fabric.
・Regular collar.
・Front button closure.
・Dropped shoulder.
・Long sleeves.
・Adjustable buttoned cuffs.
・Single chest patch pocket.
・Hip patch pockets.

Introducing UpcycleLino
UpcycleLino is the trademark for our original yarns and fabrics made of our production fabric waste.
Usually, when we cut our fabric, about 30% of the fabric is wasted (40% to 50% in general). But now, by making special garments and hangers using our own new upcycled yarns and fabrics, we can reduce the waste to 0%.
With our dedication to sustainable circular fashion and commitment to reducing the waste in our manufacturing process, we have developed an original upcycled yarn made of our linen fabric waste from our garment production. The upcycled fiber is made out of our pure linen fabric scraps with added organic virgin cotton fiber to become our original upcycled linen-cotton yarn named UpcycleLino.
We then produce upcycled fabric with this upcycled new yarn to create new clothing. There comes another fabric waste after the upcycled garments are produced, then we make upcycled hangers out of the remaining waste, following our social mission of "Full upcycle production = ZERO Waste" and thereby upgrading our sustainable circular fashion.
We received the GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2021 for our initiatives to the sustainable circular fashion.
